Orders placed online will be shipped from Norwood, Massachusetts via USPS first class mail. Your order may take 2-4 weeks to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your package ships. If you have special shipping or delivery requests you may contact customer service.
Returns & Replacements
We are committed to every customer’s complete satisfaction with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason with a piece of Goldman Kolber LLC purchased through gkjewelrycares.org, you may return it to our factory, postage pre-paid, for a refund within 15 days of receipt. All items must be returned with its original jewelry packaging, and in unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price only. Please note, items that display wear may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. If you have the need to return or replace an item purchased through this website, please call us for a return authorization number and a brief description of the reason for this return or replacement.
Orders may be placed through this site at your convenience. You may place an order as a gift, and have it shipped to another address. A personalized note can be attached to the order.
